Build Native Desktop Apps with Plain-English Scripting
Software development should be accessible, powerful, and belong to the people who use it.
HyperXTalk is a free, open-source IDE for macOS, Windows, and Linux. Write scripts that read like natural language and ship real applications — no paywalls, no kill switches, no strings attached.
The Windows download is temporarily unavailable due to a known issue where IDE windows will not open a second time. This has been fixed and will be resolved in version 0.9.16. We apologise for the inconvenience.
HyperXTalk for Linux is tested on Ubuntu, Linux Mint, Fedora, Debian GNOME, and Debian MATE. It may work on other distributions but we cannot guarantee support outside of these.
There is a known issue with the current Windows build where IDE windows cannot be reopened after being closed. This has been fixed and will ship with version 0.9.16. We apologise for the inconvenience.
macOS Download
This build is for ARM-based Macs with Apple Silicon (M-series chips) only. Intel Macs are not supported.
